How do you add custom texture packs to a plot?

I just spent 5 hours making and linking a texture pack and it said "server resource pack couldn't be applied," wondering how to fix this.

can you upload the texture pack? also make sure the url is correct (use https://mc-packs.net/) and make sure when you are zipping it dont zip the resource pack folder, instead select all items inside and then zip them

What do you mean by select all the items inside? And how?

Zip the items inside the folder of the resource pack that has the resource pack name.

So if you have a resource pack folder called "Test", open it and zip the items inside of it instead of zipping the "Test" folder

select the assets folder, pack.png, and pack.mcmeta and anything else inside the folder
